With an upcoming multi-million dollar capital reinvestment slated for our plant, we called on Video Surveillance Systems to evaluate our current system. VSS was very pro-active in identifying key areas which needed coverage, and how to maximize the system to increase worker productivity, as well as reducing the company’s risk for potential liabilities. Their experience was invaluable during the pre and post-sale processes and we are very pleased with their responsiveness on an ongoing basis. They were very competitive and flexible working with our needs and budget throughout all phases of the project.

We were having issues with our current video surveillance system and called VSS for an evaluation. They showed us how we could upgrade our technology by using most of our existing infrastructure. This was a huge savings to us! Their approach is very solutions oriented, while still being mindful of the customer’s budget. The level of service after the sale is first rate. I would highly recommend them.

Video Surveillance Systems, LLC was not the only firm we contacted but were by far the most professional. Bob and Jeff took a great deal of time surveying the property, taking pictures and mapping out the best locations for the cameras. We eventually added more than originally planned outside, then had cameras installed inside as well. The installers were exceptional. If we needed anything adjusted, they were happy to oblige. Having the ability to remote access the video is key. We couldn’t be more pleased.
