Joe Reiter, a retired Chicago Police Detective, started in the alarm industry while still an active duty police detective. Joe recognized a need in the early years that the police cannot be everywhere so Joe formed his first alarm/security company in 1972.
Joe was in the first class of licensed alarm contractors in the state of Illinois. Joe continues today to be very active in the industry and serves as a consultant for Video Surveillance Systems, LLC to this day.
