System Warranty

A new system install will provide you with a 90-day labor warranty and a 1-year warranty on all equipment. In the first 90 days of owning your new system you will not pay for any service calls. For the first year of your system life, you will not pay to replace any hardware malfunctions.

Routine Preventive Maintenance

For a security system to be effective 100% of the system needs to be working 100% of the time. Many parts of security systems perform daily functions to enhance the overall efficiency of a home or business. For example, access control doors and locks are used daily. It is common for these access doors to be used frequently and harshly, which will eventually require a service call. A regular scheduled routine inspection of your system and all of it's working parts is very important to maintain consistent reliablity.
